• Notify the Admin team 2 weeks in advance of the start date. Request the following if needed:
    • Phone extension
    • Google Voice
  • Submit New Hire Onboarding Requests
  • Once 917 # is confirmed and received, request Murphy Building access from the Admin team (Stephen Chandler). 
  • Request office keys if necessary from the Admin team (Stephen Chandler).
  • Schedule a Day 1 orientation meeting with UWG HR.
  • Campus Tour (Aycock, UCC, East & West Commons, Starbucks etc.)
  • Schedule ID and Parking Permit pickup. 
  • Schedule any necessary DevelopWest Training
    • Compliance trainings
    • Qualified Driver’s List Training if needed
  • Murphy Building tour and introductions to team members
  • eCampus onboarding presentation
  • Confirm with Mickey that the staff member(s) has been added to the eCampus master calendar
