eMajor offers six programs of study and additional course options through the FinTech Academy.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership (ORGL)

    • This program focuses on the practices, theories, issues, parameters, and specific ramifications of organizational leadership.
    • Ideal for those that want to advance to management levels with a company/organization.
    • The program offers 3 concentrations for specialization within certain industries.

    • The institutions that offer this degree program are: Albany State University, Atlanta Metropolitan State University, Dalton State College, Fort Valley State University, and University of West Georgia (only offers Public Service).

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (CRJU)

    • This program focuses on preparing students for the criminal justice system in various areas by providing a foundation of knowledge, principles, and common functions of the American Criminal Justice system.
    • Ideal for those that want to work in municipal, state, federal law enforcement; corrections, juvenile justice, probation, etc.

RN-BSN (CSU)

    • This program is designed for the associate’s degree level registered nurse to complete a bachelor’s degree conveniently and efficiently while continuing a career.

RN-BSN (Collaborative Courses)

    • Select RN-BSN courses are available online and supported by USG eCampus as part of a collaborative agreement between multiple USG institution.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    • This program offers 4 different majors students can choose from.

    • Upon completion of an Associate Degree in Business from any USG Institution,  students can continue forward towards this bachelor’s degree.

Workplace Interpersonal Relationships Courses (WIRC)

    • This collection of (4) courses is designed for those interested in learning how to navigate interpersonal relationships in the workplace by understanding the genesis of conflict and by developing strategies and mastering essential skills to address and transform conflict.
    • Institutions offering these courses may elect to award a credential (certificate, minor, etc.) or may offer the courses as elective credit.

    • The FinTech Academy is a collaboration between USG and Georgia’s FinTech industry.  This talent development initiative gives learners the specialized educational experience needed to enter the Financial Technology sector.
