The items below must be completed by the Hiring Manager at least two weeks before the employee’s start date.
- Confirm you have received the employee’s 917 #
- Submit New Hire Onboarding Requests
- Schedule a Day 1 orientation meeting with UWG HR.
- Campus Tour (Aycock, UCC, East & West Commons, Starbucks etc.)
- Schedule ID and Parking Permit pickup.
- Schedule any necessary DevelopWest Training
- Compliance trainings
- Qualified Driver’s List Training if needed

- Murphy Building tour and introductions to team members
- eCampus onboarding presentation
- Confirm with Mickey that the staff member(s) has been added to the eCampus master calendar
