Lou is a Senior Instructional Designer with the eMajor program. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management. Lou has experience working in a variety of roles, including Faculty Trainer, Online Instructor, Instructional Designer, and HelpDesk IT Support Manager. Lou transitioned to the USG eCampus team in late 2019 after working at Georgia Southern University for ~20 years. During the last ten years, she worked as a faculty trainer for the Desire2Learn LMS, online instructor for the Teaching an Online Course and Quality Matters Improving Your Online Course, and Instructional Designer. She also taught First-Year Experience (FYE) online courses to students with the Horror Cinema theme for three years. Lou enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking and hanging out with friends, live music, and many other outdoor adventures.
