Prior to joining USG eCampus in March 2026, Lauren worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she led a team of academic advisors in the School of Mechanical Engineering. She also advised at the University of West Georgia for eight years. With more than 12 years of experience in academic advising and student success, Lauren is invested in creating consistent, student-centered support systems and empowering advisors through training, collaboration, and process improvement to better support the students we serve.
Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from Clayton State University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, working on her embroidery machine, gardening, and riding horses.
