Felicia Bockrath, an Instructional Designer for eMajor, has been with the University of West Georgia since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. The roles she held, such as Director of Operations, Director of IT, and Technical Writer, developed her expertise in multiple areas including instructional design, process design and improvement, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Felicia is a systems thinker with a talent for creating streamlined, focused solutions. One of her goals is to help individuals and teams attain peak performance using resilient, stress-free strategies. She believes the most significant change begins when one uncovers their most powerful personal mission. Her mission is to help people to live purpose-driven lives and have a lasting positive impact on the world around them.
