Christine Rolka is a web developer for the USG eCampus marketing team. She has a combined 14 years of teaching experience in higher-ed in both Computer Science and Music Theory. Christine transitioned to programming while working at the Pascua Yaqui Tribe in Tucson, AZ as a Database Programmer before moving to Carrollton, GA. She became interested in Web Development after taking a class in her masters program at the University of West Georgia and worked on web projects alongside her teaching duties. She left teaching in May 2022 to return full-time to industry.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her three kids and keeping active by participating in a wide variety of activities including making too much pottery, hiking, camping, swimming and officiating swim meets, and traveling around the country with her son to gymnastics meets.
