April holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources and worked in higher education for eight years before transitioning to USG eCampus as the eCampus Program Support Specialist. She has a wealth of experience with enrollment and registration services and a passion for helping not only students, but also faculty and staff.
