Dr. Jennifer Hayes coordinates and facilitates direct academic advising for select eCampus courses and online programs in collaboration with member eCampus institutions and stakeholders. She is also responsible for building strong connections with existing partnerships to foster a solid pathway for students and provides direct student outreach and coaching, with a focus on individual assessment. Jennifer comes to eCampus from UWG Newnan where she provided general academic advising and instructional support services and previously worked as an Academic Advisor in The Advising Center. Additionally, she has functioned as Assistant Director of the Federal TRIO Upward Bound program at Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts. Jennifer was also a high school classroom teacher in Western Massachusetts for over 15 years. A native of LaGrange, Georgia, Dr. Hayes has a B.A. degree in Social Work from LaGrange College, an M.Ed. in Integrated Studies from Cambridge College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, an Ed.S. in Media and Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Leadership, Higher Education Administration concentration from Columbus State University.
