Dr. Amy R. Austin comes to USG from Western Governors University and has many years of experience in higher education. Amy's prior experience brings cutting-edge educational approaches to eCampus to guide faculty development and process improvement. Amy has over 18 years of experience from her time in corporate America, and has worked for companies such as Northrop Grumman, The Home Depot, Cooper Wiring Devices and MeadWestvaco. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science (with a concentration in Finance) from Hampton University, her MBA from Philadelphia University, her MACC from Shorter University, and her Ph.D. in Organization and Management (with a specialization in Leadership) from Capella University. In her spare time, Amy serves as a Reviewer for Clute Institute's Journal of Diversity Management, and she enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, and her three girls (Iyanna, Saralyn, and Aubry).
